We do not do the work ourselves and we do not pretend to. We give both sides honest information and good tools, then you decide who to hire.

Being straight with you
What LocalServe does
- Connect you with independent local providers who offer the service you need.
- Give both sides one place to message, book, and keep a record of what was agreed.
- Show each provider's completed jobs, response time, and ratings so you can judge for yourself.
- Review every report we receive, and suspend or remove accounts and listings that break our Terms.
What it does not do
- Perform the services ourselves. Every provider is an independent contractor.
- Employ, supervise, or control providers, or check their licences and insurance for you.
- Guarantee the outcome, quality, or safety of any job.
- Take a cut of what you pay your provider. LocalServe is free to use.
Providers work for themselves, so it is worth checking licences and insurance yourself for any job that needs them. Our Terms & Conditions set that out in full.

You can block anyone from messaging you again, without having to explain yourself to them or to us.
