LocalServe (the "Platform") is an online marketplace that connects independent service providers ("Vendors") with customers ("Customers") seeking local services.

We do not provide any services ourselves. We do not employ, supervise, or control Vendors, and we are not a party to any agreement between a Vendor and a Customer.

Vendors are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of the Platform.

Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they provide.

Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, certifications, and insurance, unless the service is a small or casual service that does not require them under applicable law.

Customers are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting Vendors.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that a Vendor has any required licenses and permits before starting any job, unless the service does not require them.

The Platform does not verify or guarantee any Vendor's licenses, qualifications, or work quality.

The Platform takes no responsibility for any services performed by Vendors. We do not guarantee the outcome, quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of any service.

All agreements regarding a service are made strictly and exclusively between the Vendor and the Customer. The Platform is not a party to such agreements and has no liability arising from them.

Booking and using the Platform is free of charge. There are no booking fees and no platform commission.

The only amount you pay is the price you agree with your Vendor, and you pay it to them directly.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to providing false information, harassing other users, infringing intellectual property rights, or offering services that violate applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user or listing that violates these Terms or any applicable law.

All content, branding, logos, and software associated with the Platform are the property of LocalServe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute such content without our prior written consent.

Vendors retain ownership of the content they publish (such as photos and videos), and grant the Platform a limited license to display it for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Platform, if any, in the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
