Usage data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, such as device information, approximate location, pages viewed, and actions taken. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Platform.

To create and manage your account, connect Customers with Vendors, and facilitate bookings and messaging.

To display listings, reviews, and provider profiles to other users.

To send booking confirmations, reminders, and support communications.

To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.

To analyze usage and improve the performance, safety, and features of the Platform.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share information between users as needed to operate the marketplace — for example, a Vendor can see the Customer name and booking details for a request they receive, and a Customer can see a Vendor's public listing and profile.

We may share information with service providers who help us run the Platform (such as hosting, analytics, and email delivery), under agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only for that purpose.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Platform, our users, or others.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. After that, we retain and delete it according to applicable law and our internal policies.

The Platform is not intended for children under the age required to form a valid contract in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
